The Spool Holder assembly mounts directly to extrusion welder drive motor housing in seconds.
The welding rod spool mounts to a hub that spins smoothly on self-lubricating bronze bushings.
A quick release shaft collar locks the narrow spool in place and allows it to spin freely.
Simply attach any drill to the end of the shaft and load up to 6.5 pounds of 4 or 5 mm welding rod from standard 15 to 30 pound spools onto the smaller spools supplied by Demtech.
The extrusion welder feeds rod directly from spool for continuous, no hassle operation.
