Exclusive ceramic heating wedge is only 1/8" (3.5mm) thick with heating circuit built-in.
Very low profile welder. Top sheet of material only lifts off floor or table surface 1.6" (41mm).
Easy to load and operate - Indefinite loading time means no initial "burn-out" when welding thin materials.
Change mechanical adjustments for nip pressure, dwell plate pressure, and wedge position with a turn of a numbered adjustment knob. No tools required.
Sheet overlap guides also adjust easily with no tools required.
Welds woven-coated materials up to 110 feet per minute.
